The goal of this project was to create a book that juxtaposes selected lines from The Love Bucket by Natalia Ilyin with relevant Bible verses. Each bolded phrase from The Love Bucket was carefully matched with a verse, reflecting on the interplay between modern reflections on design and life, and timeless biblical wisdom.
This project explores how two distinct texts can coexist on the same page, with typography guiding the reader through their conceptual relationship.
A typographic journey:
Connecting modern reflections with
timeless scripture.

One of the primary challenges was finding Bible verses that resonated with the phrases from The Love Bucket. Using ChatGPT, I explored possible matches and refined the connections between the texts. The design focuses on using bold typography to emphasize key phrases from The Love Bucket, with Bible verses placed alongside them to create a visual and intellectual conversation.
The typographic treatment ensures the two texts coexist harmoniously, guiding the reader through the layered meanings behind each pairing.
